The driver of the Mazda was pronounced dead at the accident scene.

Los Angeles, CA. – One person was killed in a car accident on Saturday morning in Sherman Oaks.
According to local police, the accident happened around 3:30 a.m. on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway south of Burbank Boulevard.
A Mazda sedan was involved in a solo crash and became disabled in lanes facing the wrong way.
A short time later, a Ford SUV sideswiped the Mazda before a Toyota SUV struck the sedan head-on.
The driver of the Mazda was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver of the Toyota, 37-year-old Mayra Alejandra Sanchez of Granada Hills, was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
More details about the accident were not released.
