Homeland, CA. – A 32-year-old Menifee man died after being struck by a car in Homeland.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on State Route 74 near Melba Lane, shortly before 12:30 a.m.
The man was crossing the highway when he was struck by an eastbound silver Kia Sorrento driven by an 18-year-old Hemet man.
The pedestrian died at the scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
