Fresno, CA. – A man in his 40s died after being struck by a car on Sunday night in Fresno.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened around 9 p.m. at Herndon Avenue and Blackstone Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Paramedics responded to the incident and performed CPR on the man before he was transported to Saint Agnes Medical Center, where he later died.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
