Fresno County, CA. – A man died after being hit by a car on Monday night in Fresno.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened around 7:40 p.m. in the area of Clinton and Barton Avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 58-year-old man was crossing the street and was struck by a truck.
The unidentified man was transported to the hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the police.
