According to the CHP, an off-road vehicle crashed into a canal under unclear circumstances
Kings County, CA.- One person was killed in a car accident in Kings County on Friday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened on Jackson and 5 1/2 avenues shortly after 10 p.m. August 15.

A passenger in the vehicle was killed in the crash.
