At least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to hospital for treatment
Sacramento, CA. – Injuries were reported in a car accident that happened on Friday afternoon in North Sacramento.
According to a California Highway Patrol report, the accident happened on the eastbound 80 Freeway near Madison Avenue at around 3:03 p.m.
Officers who responded to the incident located two vehicles at the accident scene. The circumstances surrounding the collision, however, were yet to be determined.
As per the report, at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
