Escondido, CA. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Monday afternoon in Oceanside.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 2:23 p.m. on Highway 78 near Bear Valley Parkway.
Two vehicles collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
