Bakersfield, CA. – A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a car on Tuesday morning in Bakersfield.
According to CHP's Traffic Information page, the accident happened around 11 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Costajo Road near Bear Mountain Boulevard.
The pedestrian was reportedly struck by a red Freightliner semi-truck.
The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
