Hesperia, CA – A pregnant woman was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Thursday afternoon in Hesperia.

According to authorities, the pileup occurred around 4:30 p.m. on October 15, 2026, on the southbound 15 Freeway beneath the Highway 395 overpass.

Emergency personnel responded to the area and found a white Tesla, a minivan, an SUV, and two pickup trucks involved in the crash.

One of the drivers was a four-month pregnant woman. She was transported to a nearby hospital with the complaint of abdominal pain.

All southbound lanes were blocked for about 20 minutes, causing traffic backup for several miles.
