San Jose, CA – At least one person died in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Saturday morning in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol reported.

At least four vehicles, including a white Tesla Model 3, a gray Honda Civic, a red Toyota sedan, and a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, were involved in the crash.
Details about the cause and manner of the collision were not available, but the driver of the pickup truck called authorities reporting that they had crashed into at least one vehicle that was initially involved in a crash and was trapped inside the vehicle but uninjured. Airbags were deployed in the pickup truck and the Tesla.
