Santa Clarita, CA – Four people were sent to the hospital after a bus and a pickup truck collided early Sunday morning at an intersection in Santa Clarita, authorities reported.

The incident took place around 2:56 a.m. on September 27, 2026, at Main Street and Lyons Avenue.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, a pickup truck and a bus were involved in the accident, leaving the driver of the pickup trapped inside.

The firefighters freed the driver and transported him to the hospital.

Three other people aboard the bus were also hospitalized with minor injuries.

Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
