Los Angeles, CA – One Person Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision on 110 Freeway

According to the California Highway Patrol, several vehicles collided around 1:30 a.m. on September 5, 2026, on the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway, just north of West Slauson Avenue.

Los Angeles, CA – One person died in a multi-vehicle accident that happened early Saturday morning in Los Angeles.

According to the California Highway Patrol, several vehicles collided around 1:30 a.m. on September 5, 2026, on the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway, just north of West Slauson Avenue.

CHP officers and other emergency personnel responded to the scene and found at least five vehicles, including a black Chevrolet Camaro, involved in the crash.

The vehicles were blocking traffic lanes, and one of them was overturned onto its roof.

One person was killed in the crash. The Los Angeles County Coroner responded to the scene following the fatality.

Multiple lanes were closed for investigation and to allow tow trucks to remove at least four vehicles from the scene.

An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
