According to California Highway Patrol logs, the pileup took place around 5:28 p.m. on August 3, 2026, on the eastbound 10 Freeway near the Fourth Street off-ramp.
Ontario, CA – Minor injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon on the 10 Freeway in Ontario.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the pileup took place around 5:28 p.m. on August 3, 2026, on the eastbound 10 Freeway near the Fourth Street off-ramp.
Five vehicles, including a red Mercedes, a Ford F-150 pickup truck, and two semi-trucks, were involved in the accident.
At least one person was possibly trapped inside one of the cars.
Ontario firefighters responded to the scene and helped at least one person who suffered minor injuries.
CHP officers are investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
