According to the San Jose Police Department, a man driving a Rivian truck slammed through the storefront of a crawfish restaurant.
A man was allegedly trapped under some debris. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. At least one other person was treated at the scene.
San Jose firefighters helped evacuate the restaurant and the adjacent businesses – a nail salon and an optometry office because of a gas leak that was quickly contained.
