Fresno, CA – Two people were sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle accident involving a Fresno Police Department patrol vehicle at Palm and Ashlan avenues.

An officer was responding to a domestic violence disturbance when he collided with two other cars at the intersection. The patrol vehicle’s lights and sirens were activated at the time of the crash.
Emergency personnel transported two people to the hospital with complaints of pain.
The crash, which left the intersection closed for about an hour, is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol.
