Forestville, CA – Major injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision that happened Friday morning in Forestville, the California Highway Patrol reported.

A black Lexus and a black Mazda were involved in the collision.
One of the cars was occupied by a 6-year-old juvenile. A woman was seen taking the child out of the vehicle, but it was unclear if they were injured.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the eastbound lane of Trenton Healdsburg Road.
According to the report, at least one person sustained major injuries in the accident.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
