San Dimas, CA – A driver was trapped inside their vehicle after a collision involving a semi-truck that happened Monday morning on the 210 Freeway in San Dimas, authorities reported.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on December 12 on the westbound lanes of 210 Fwy near the Lone Hill Avenue exit.
A Toyota sedan and a big rig were involved in the crash. The sedan ended up stuck underneath the semi-truck, trapping the driver inside.
Rescuers extricated the driver and transported them to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center in “moderate distress.”
No other details were given, but an investigation is ongoing.
