Chandler, AZ.- A motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle collision that occurred in Chandler early Thursday morning, according to the Chandler Police Department.
At around 4:30 a.m. December, 18, authorities responded to a collision at the intersection of Gilbert and Germann roads.
Investigations revealed that the motorcyclist traveling through the intersection was involved in a crash with another vehicle, believed to be a pickup truck.
The Chandler Police Department and medics responded to the incident and found the motorcyclist with severe injuries. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The operator of the pickup truck was unharmed and remained at the site of the collision.
The Chandler Police Department is still working to find out what led up to the accident.
