San Mateo, CA. – At least one person was severely injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday night in San Mateo, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 9:42 p.m. on northbound Highway 101, just south of Highway 92.
Four vehicles, including a Honda Civic and a Hyundai Elantra, were involved in the accident. One of the cars reportedly overturned onto its roof.
At least one person sustained severe injuries in the accident, authorities reported.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the factors that contributed to the crash.
