Anaheim, CA. – One person was killed in a car collision that happened Sunday night on a freeway in Anaheim, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on the northbound 5 Freeway near the Euclid Street ramps.
CHP reported that an SUV flipped several times under unclear circumstances, ending up on its side in the middle of the freeway.
One person died in the crash.
Traffic backed up for miles following the collision. Motorists were being diverted off the freeway at Euclid Street.
