Victorville, CA. – A man on a motorized scooter died after being struck by a car in Victorville early Wednesday morning.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened around 3:49 a.m. at the intersection of Monte Vista Road and Dos Palmas Road.
48-year-old Richard Anthony Myers was riding a motorized scooter when he was struck by a Ford F-150 traveling southbound.
Myers sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the truck remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
