Williams, AZ.– Three people were killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Williams on Thursday afternoon, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The incident took place on Interstate 40 near milepost 159 at about 3:25 p.m. March 13.
According to the report, multiple vehicles, including tractor-trailers, were involved in the collision.
Three people were killed in the crash.
The identities of the involved parties were not immediately released.
Both sides of I-40 were shut down following the collision.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
