A 17-year-old was reportedly driving a pickup truck on Marine Drive when he crossed into the path of oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a FedEx truck
Fairview, AZ.- A boy was killed in a collision that happened near Fairview on Wednesday night, according to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident took place on Marine Drive near Northeast Interlachen Lane at about 6 p.m. February 26.
A 17-year-old was reportedly driving a pickup truck on Marine Drive when he crossed into the path of oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a FedEx truck.
The teenage driver was killed in the crash.
His passenger, also aged 17, was transported to a hospital and was expected to be OK.
The driver of the FedEx truck was hospitalized with significant injuries.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
