Torrance, CA. – One person was hurt in a multi-vehicle accident that took place Monday evening at an intersection in Torrance, the California Highway Patrol said.

The incident was reported around 8:30 p.m. at West Carson Street and South Vermont Avenue.

A tan SUV, a white sedan, and a black sedan were involved in the collision. The SUV was blocking the intersection after the crash.

One person was pinned inside one of the vehicles.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and helped one person who sustained minor injuries.

All vehicles were towed away from the scene.
