1 Injured in San Jose Car Accident on Yerba Buena Road and Highway 101
San Jose, California (September 26, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a traffic collision that injured one person on Sunday night in San Jose.
According to the California Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred at about 11:29 p.m. on September 25, on the northbound Highway 101 and Yerba Buena Road off-ramp.
Police confirmed two vehicles crashed head-on. One of the vehicles was reportedly driving the wrong way before the collision.
Responding emergency crews attended to one person hurt in the crash. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately provided.
Glass debris was scattered on the roadway following the collision.
The vehicles were removed from the accident location by tow trucks.
