Rider Suffers Major Injuries in Redwood City Motorcycle on Highway 92 at San Mateo Bridge
Redwood City, California (April 3, 2022) – One person sustained major injuries in a motorcycle accident that happened Sunday afternoon in Redwood City, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred at about 5:19 p.m. on westbound Highway 92 at the San Mateo Bridge midspan.
A BMW sports bike collided with a Lexus sedan under unclear circumstances.
First responders found the rider conscious and breathing on the right-hand shoulder. The rider was hospitalized with major injuries.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the collision.
