1 Sustains Minor Injuries After Los Gatos Accident on Highway 17 near The Cats Statues
Los Gatos, California (March 15, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle accident that injured one person on Monday night in Los Gatos.
The accident happened around 8:22 p.m. on March 13 on northbound Highway 17 at The Cats Statues.
Per the CHP officials, two vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation. One of the vehicles was smoking with a party trapped inside.
Responding emergency crews and medical personnel extricated the pinned person. The individual was treated for minor injuries.
A SigAlert was issued, closing all lanes after the crash. The SigAlert was canceled, and the roadway reopened as of 9:39 p.m.
