Minor Injuries Suffered in San Leandro Collision on Interstate 880 near Davis Street On-Ramp
San Leandro, California (August 4, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a two-vehicle collision that happened early Wednesday morning in San Leandro, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 3:07 a.m. on northbound Interstate 880, just north of Davis Street on-ramp.
Two SUVs were involved in the collision, as per the report. The vehicles were blocking the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes.
Firefighters responded to the scene to find an unknown number of parties with minor injuries. An ambulance was sent to the scene to help the victims.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
