John Camp ID'd as Man Killed in Semi-Truck Accident at Highway 74 and Mazie Avenue in Perris

Perris, California (September 30, 2021) – The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's Bureau has identified the man who died Thursday morning following a two-vehicle crash in Perris as John Camp, 51, of Perris.
The deadly accident happened at about 5:10 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 74 and Mazie Avenue.
Authorities said a semi-truck collided with a pickup truck at the Perris intersection.
After the collision, the pickup truck slammed into a home at 21120 Mazie Avenue and caught fire.

One of the involved parties, now identified as Camp was pronounced dead at the scene.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
