A man was seriously injured and was taken to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment

Madera, CA. – A woman was killed in a head-on collision that left a man injured near North Fork in Madera County on Wednesday evening.
The deadly collision happened around 4:30 p.m. on Road 200 near Duke Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 69-year-old woman was driving a car eastbound on Road 200 when she drifted into the westbound lanes and collided head-on with a Chevy Silverado driven by a 75-year-old Fresno man.
The woman was killed in the accident.
The man was seriously injured and was taken to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.
