Woman, 35, Killed in Collision on San Benito Street in Hayward
Hayward, California (April 14, 2023) – A 35-year-old woman was killed in a car crash on Wednesday night in Hayward.
Hayward Police Department says the accident happened at around 9:22 p.m. on San Benito Street.
The woman was driving her car on the roadway and crashed into a parked semi-truck trailer.
The officers who responded to the scene found the woman unconscious inside her vehicle. She was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau did not disclose the woman’s name pending notification of her family.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
