Woman Killed in Alhambra Crash on Garfield and San Marino Avenues 

Alhambra, California (April 12, 2023) – A woman was fatally hit by a vehicle on Tuesday afternoon in Alhambra, according to the Alhambra Police Department Police Department.

The incident took place on Garfield and San Marino avenues at around 2:13 p.m. April 11.

A vehicle was trying to turn left onto southbound Garfield Avenue from westbound San Marino Avenue when it collided with a pedestrian in the crosswalk.

The woman was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

 The driver remained at the scene after the crash.

The investigation is ongoing.
