Woman Injured in Napa Valley Crash on Spring Mountain Road near Langtry Road

Napa Valley, California (September 28, 2022) – A 75-year-old woman was critically injured in a head-on collision on Tuesday morning near St. Helena.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Spring Mountain Road near Langtry Road at around 7:20 a.m.

The St. Helena woman was driving a Toyota Yaris eastbound on Spring Mountain Road when she drifted into the westbound lane for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a Toyota Tundra pickup truck driven by a 33-year-old Napa man.

The woman was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa where she remained in critical condition.

The Napa man was unhurt.

More details about the accident were not provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
