Victoria McKemy Killed in Westminster Crash on Beach Boulevard 

Westminster, California (February 10, 2023) – Victoria McKemy, 75, of Buena Park, died at a hospital after a wrong-way collision that happened in Westminster on Monday, according to the Westminster Police Department.

The crash took place in the 14500 block of Beach Boulevard on Monday, February 6.

Authorities said a man was traveling northbound on southbound Beach Boulevard at a high rate of speed when he slammed head-on into an oncoming vehicle driven by McKemy.

The wrong-way driver died at the site of the crash while his passenger was pronounced deceased at UC Irvine Medical Center.

McKemy was extricated from her mangled car and was taken to UC Irvine with major injuries. She was pronounced dead while undergoing treatment at the hospital on Wednesday.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
