1 Injured in Glendale Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Los Feliz Boulevard

Glendale, California (August 13, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a traffic collision in Glendale on Thursday afternoon.

According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened along the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Los Feliz Boulevard at about 3:14 p.m.

A red Ford Mustang and a white Ford Expedition were involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.

As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
