Long Beach, California (May 4, 2022) – A traffic collision left one person dead in Long Beach on Tuesday evening, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred on Willow Street near Coyote Creek at around 6:20 p.m. on May 3.

According to police, two cars collided in the area, and the impact sent one of them off the bridge.

The vehicle fell into the flood control.

Both drivers were taken to a hospital, and one of them was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
