One Dies in Van Nuys Crash on North Woodley Avenue
Van Nuys, California (June 30, 2023) – One person was killed and several others were hurt in a head-on collision on Thursday night in Van Nuys, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The wreck took place in the 6400 block of North Woodley Avenue at around 9:35 p.m. June 29.
Authorities said at least two vehicles collided head-on.
A 60-year-old woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 3-year-old boy was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
Four other parties, a 22-year-old man, a 21-year-old woman, a 30-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, were all hospitalized with serious injuries.
Authorities are working to find out the cause of the incident.
