1 Seriously Hurt in San Jose Accident at Interstate 680 and E Capitol Expressway

San Jose, California (May 21, 2023) – Police said at least one person sustained major injuries after a car crash Sunday evening at an intersection in San Jose.

According to the authorities, the incident happened at southbound Interstate 680 and westbound E Capitol Expressway at around 5:04 p.m.

For reasons not yet established, two cars collided in the area.

At least one person was severely hurt in the wreck.

A Sunnyvale tow truck was requested for the second vehicle involved in the crash.

Due to limited available information about the crash, an investigation is underway.
