Otay Mesa, CA.- A hit-and-run driver left a bicyclist with major injuries in Otay Mesa last week on Wednesday night, according to the authorities.
The incident happened at about 9:02 p.m. August 13, on Vista San Guadalupe.
According to the report, Tiger Serrano, 18, was riding his mountain bicycle on Vista San Guadalupe when a vehicle struck him and fled the scene.
Serrano was transported with injuries including a concussion, a broken nose, and damage to his teeth.
The driver of the involved vehicle remains at large.
The incident is under investigation.
