Fresno, CA – The authorities have identified the motorcyclist who was hit and killed by two vehicles on Highway 168 i Fresno on Thursday night.
The deceased rider was identified as 27-year-old Thawon Pho.
The driver of a Hyundai Elantra that fled the scene after hitting the motorcycle has since been arrested.
The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Julian Quinonez of Fresno, was arrested by the CHP on Friday.

Fresno, CA. – A motorcyclist died after being struck by two drivers, including one who fled the scene, Thursday night in east central Fresno.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred just before midnight on Highway 168 near McKinley Avenue.
A Hyundai Elantra was traveling west on the highway when, for an unknown reason, the driver hit the rear of the motorcycle traveling ahead of them.
The rider was thrown from the bike, landing in the roadway.
The driver pulled over and then fled the scene.
Another driver ran over the rider and then pulled over.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the motorcyclist dead.
Investigators closed the highway for several hours following the crash.
An investigation is ongoing.
