Centralia, WA. – A teenager on a skateboard died after being hit by a car in Centralia on Friday night.
According to the Centralia Police Department, the accident happened in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue at around 11 p.m.
The 13-year-old boy was riding a skateboard and was hit by a car.
Authorities found the unresponsive juvenile at the scene and was transported to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Information about the motorist was not provided.
The Washington State Patrol and the Centralia Police Department is investigating the accident.
