Update: Forrest Wade Dies After Speeding Driver Causes Crash in Phoenix

Phoenix, Arizona (February 24, 2023) – Police said speed was a contributing factor in the Tuesday evening car crash that caused the death of 58-year-old Forest Wade in south Phoenix.

According to the Phoenix police, the driver of a blue car was speeding prior to colliding with an SUV at around 5:30 p.m. on 19th Avenue near Dobbins Road.

Wade was found unresponsive in his car. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Another man and woman were also hospitalized but are expected to survive.

Police said the speeding driver was not injured and remained at the scene.

An investigation into the collision is ongoing.

Phoenix, Arizona (February 23, 2023) – A man died, and three others were injured in a two-vehicle accident that happened Wednesday afternoon in South Phoenix, as per a local news source.

The collision took place near 19th Avenue and Dobbins Road.

First responders found an unresponsive man inside one of the vehicles and three other people with injuries.

All the victims were taken to hospitals, where the man died from his injuries. The other patients remained in unknown conditions.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
