Mojave, California (December 9, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a car accident on Friday morning in Mojave.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 58 near Broome Road at around 6:23 a.m.

Two vehicles were involved in the morning crash. However, the events leading up to the accident were yet to be established.

Bakersfield, California (November 2, 2022) – The Kern County Coroner’s Office has disclosed the identities of two people who were killed in a head-on collision in Mojave on Tuesday night.

The fatal crash happened on Highway 14 near Backus Road at around 11:15 p.m. on November 1, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Two vehicles, possibly a sedan and a semi-truck were involved in the collision, but the report did not disclose the events leading up to the accident.

CHP officers from the Bishop area arrived and found a man and a woman dead in a vehicle. The driver was identified as 21-year-old Jaiden William Moore and the female passenger as Alyssa Rene Miller, 22.

At least one other person was injured in the accident and was rushed to Antelope Valley Hospital for treatment.

Additional information about the accident was not provided.
