Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-280 in San Jose
Minor Injuries Suffered in San Jose Crash on Interstate 280 near Saratoga Avenue Off-Ramp
San Jose, California (May 11, 2023) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle pileup that happened Wednesday afternoon in San Jose’s Northlake neighborhood.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported at around 2:57 p.m. on northbound Interstate 280, just south of the Saratoga Avenue off-ramp.
Six vehicles, including a Chevrolet Malibu, were involved in the collision.
Paramedics responded to the scene and helped an unknown number of parties who sustained minor injuries.
The Malibu was towed away with all-over crash damage.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
