Martinez, California (April 8, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a motorcycle accident in Martinez, Contra Costa, on Wednesday evening.

The crash happened at about 10:42 p.m. April 7, on 680 Freeway near Highway 4, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A motorcycle is reported to have collided with a gray Toyota RAV4 in unclear circumstances.

As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital in an unknown condition.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
