Steve Gonzalez Killed in Car Crash on West Avenue D near 45th Street West in Lancaster
Lancaster, California (August 2, 2020) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a man who was killed in a car crash in Lancaster on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on West Avenue D near 45th Street West at about 3:20 p.m. August 1.
25-year-old Steve H. Gonzalez was driving a 2017 Honda Civic eastbound along the westbound lanes of Avenue D when he slammed into a 2009 International Pro Star driven by 68-year-old Alson R. Hall.
Man Killed in Lancaster Crash Identified
Gonzalez was killed in the collision.
19-year-old Gabriella Itovargas who was a passenger in the Honda Civic was transported to Antelope Valley Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
