Victims of Deadly Head-On Collision on Highway 1 in Lompoc Valley Identified Lompoc Valley, California (June 9, 2023) – 52-year-old Isidro Galvez and 19-year-old Erid Ortega, both from Lompoc, were injured when their vehicle was hit head-on by a sedan that drifted from oncoming traffic Tuesday morning in Lompoc Valley.
