At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Lake County Car Crash on Highway 20
Lake County, California (January 13, 2021) – At least one person was seriously injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Lake County, according to a local news source.
The major injury collision happened at around 4:32 p.m. on Highway 20 between Lucerne and Glenhaven, the California Highway Patrol Traffic reported.
According to the CHP, a blue Ford Focus collided head-on with a gray Ford Escape on Highway 20.

First responders arrived at the scene and found one person unresponsive. The medics determined that the crash resulted in major injuries. However, the exact number of patients and their names were not immediately disclosed.
Both lanes of Highway 20 were closed due to the crash.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
