Ismael Rodriguez was hit by a vehicle on Niles Street while walking in the area Bakersfield, Calif. – The pedestrian who was hit and killed by a vehicle in Bakersfield last month has been identified as Ismael Rodriguez, 69, of Bakersfield, according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office. The incident
