2 Hospitalized after Santa Paula Accident on Highway 126 Near Briggs Road
Santa Paula, California (August 9, 2021) – A Santa Paula accident involving a white Honda sedan and a white Chevrolet Tahoe Sunday morning sent two people to the hospital, the California Highway Patrol said.
The minor injury crash happened at approximately 11:05 a.m. on Highway 126, just west of the Briggs Road on-ramp.
The accident involved two vehicles that crashed on the eastbound side of the roadway for reasons still under investigation.
Santa Paula 2-Vehicle Accident
Two unidentified people sustained minor injuries following the crash and were rushed to an area hospital for medication.
The collision resulted in the closure of the eastbound lanes of Highway 126 for around two hours.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
